Ollie Bartlet hit a birthday goal to put us in front with 15 minutes on the clock. A good goal well worked but our inconsistencies kicked in and within five minutes we let in runners to level the score.

Holt increased their possession and just before half time notched a second to send us in at half time trailing 1-2.

The game perked up for spectators as both teams maintained an attacking theme from the re start.

Lane and Kerr benefitted from Danvers’ crosses but our ‘Near Miss’ season continued.

It was a fitter Holt to take bragging rights with another couple of goals just prior to the final whistle.
