It was a WFH day. We didn’t turn up for this one.

A mixed first half of effort but squandered chances laid the corner stone for Aldermaston to go home with three points.

6 gone and Lordache slipped his marker. 15 yards out a right foot blaster disturbed shoppers in Ringwood high street.

We pushed on. Tackles were fierce from Aldermaston’s mid field and defence. Knott tasted grass followed by Criciun being funnelled over the touch line on a run for goal.

The no nonsense defending kept the ball in the air for long stretches. We had no one on the day capable of putting a foot on it.

10 left and Criciun whipped the ball into the box. Our header in front of the sticks went in the opposite direction landing just short of the half way line.

Both sides were short on quality but the visitors had more determination up front and went in at half time scoring in the 41st minute.

Half time arrived with our defence coping with a succession of corners giving Dinnivan plenty to do.

Aldermaston didn’t need Moses to open up a pathway to goal. We were over generous. In periods we played like bunching Lemmings and at times so close it looked like we were doing a conga.

17 gone …the inevitable ..wide open .. 0-2.

From a first half of lethargy, we now went comatose.

7 minutes left and Aldermaston showed the way to goal scoring a simple third from a curved three kick around the wall. 0-3.

The whistle was welcome. Aldermaston’s keeper was raised from slumbers and trooped off wearing unused gloves.
