Lymington were first to put the ball in the net. Thankfully, theirs !! 1-0 after 28 minutes. The goal came from a corner following a spell of possession. Pressure forced a panic header resulting in an own goal.

The game flowed from the whistle. Football quality was a bit frantic but both teams worked hard for the points.

2 min minutes left of the half and a half clearance out of our area was fired back sending the teams in at half time 1-1.

Joe White put the ball past the keeper shortly after half time. 2-1. Buggey fired wide a couple of minutes later as we pushed on.

Matius Grzybowski made it 3-1 with a cracking strike on 75 closing the scoring.

Although we enjoyed a higher level of possession, we still have a distance to go to challenge for a top spot.
