Butler made headway into SN's third but was upended before reaching the box. The FK was cleared downfield bringing Maher into early action

Stur's energy levels were on show as they pushed forward mainly using the long ball. Kelly and Pigott were under pressure coping with the aerial combat but held firm. Watkins was the hardest worker but contained their left flank.

The keeper did well to save a Hancox volley and then had several other saves to make as we peppered their defensive wall.

Although we felt we had the edge in attacking play we faced an uncompromising defence and Hall Butler and Nicolson all made belly dives from tackles.

Butler went close to scoring with five minutes to go but it was Stur who went ahead just before the whistle benefitting from a gap left just outside the area. 0-1

Half Time 0-1.

At the re start Zanin came on for Nicolson, Prowis came on for Freitas and Carvalho came on for Hancox.

Hall bit the dust following a sliding tackle and Kelly almost had his shirt ripped off as Stur made sure we knew they were not just there to make the numbers up.

Vining reached the edge of Stur's box before surfing and then Butler did a Tom Daly.

10 minutes and we produced a superb move on the left with Nicolson Butler and Hall architects. Butler finished the move with a classic flick past a diving keeper making it 1-1.

It was an end to end game that followed but the score remained at 1-1.
