A hard fought point against very good opposition will have moved us out of the relegation places.

We didn't perform well in the first half, gifting Westover a goal and trying hard to give them more. One of the few times we kept the ball down and passed it saw a cross from the right being headed in by Jack Mills. Not long after we failed to clear the ball from defence despite having two chances to do so and were punished, so went in at half time 2~1 down.

Apart from the first 5 minutes of the second half we were on top and fully deserved the equaliser scored by Luke Homer, a crisp right footed shot from all of four feet away. Further chances were created by both teams in an end to end encounter and Westover nearly stole the points from a corner in the last 5 minutes, only for young Ben Daniels to pull off a superb save from an 8 yard header. Onwards and upwards we go!
